Lobby PR is a leading independent PR agency in London.
Our reputation built over 15 years has established us as creative and strategic brand and communication experts at the forefront of cultural trends and the direction of market movement.
Founded in 2011 as a small but intuitive upstart agency working directly with founders and growing into the agency of today, we’ve seen the PR landscape change, and stayed adaptable to change with it. What hasn’t changed is our belief that good PR grows brands and builds businesses.
Our service and approach have been developed and honed to make our clients effective communicators who engage audiences and cultivate the media landscape for growth through earned-first solutions across physical, digital, social, and generative spaces.
We partner with brands to provide solutions to the ambitions and needs at all stages of the business from start-ups and early-stage companies to scaling and established brands and organisations.
We care about good work that we can stand proudly behind with the teams we support.
PR should be creative and dynamic. This is what brands deserve, and also the type of work we want to do.
Too often PR starts with media lists, press releases, and the blind hope that the right people will see it. We think that’s the wrong place to start.
Our approach begins with what customers and potential customers actually see and where they see it. What do they see physically, what are they reading digitally, and scrolling socially? What are they asking, and what answers are they getting through search?
We put those questions first.
Where are our customers? Where are the customers we want? Where could we find new customers? What are the places where we need to compete, and where are the places we can own?
We start by looking across the whole media landscape and then map where we are, where we need to be, the spaces we can own, and the journey we need to go on together.
The way people travel through this isn’t one-dimensional, and everyone’s individual journey is unique – from this platform to that platform, this site to that site, this account to that account – bouncing across this landscape from one to another.
That means it’s not as simple as see-and-buy. More likely it’s come across it somewhere, see it somewhere else, check it somewhere trusted, and only then buy. Exposure, consideration, validation, then conversion. Every touch point plays its part in moving people through the landscape towards the goal.
There have never been so many ways and places to reach people, but you can’t do everything and be everywhere. You can make the right choices and be in the right places though, setting a direction and following it through instead of chasing every opportunity or changing course month after month.
Research and insights can tell us what’s happening, but experience, commercial common sense, and taste let us make the choices worth making.
Conversations like these go right to the heart of brands, audiences, storytelling, and mission. These are the conversations that motivate our approach and the ones we want to be focussing on through our work.
